The room was warm and cozy with exceptionally comfortable beds, and the location was perfect. The staff were very polite and outstandingly accommodating and warm reception. Early check-in and great service. A quaint hotel in Johannesburg.

The staff was exceptional and our room was luxurious. Central location and quaint little hotel itself. Venue was fairly clean and the service was efficient.

everything in the hotel was so good and the staff was willing to help. bfast staff went over and above with exceptional service.

The hotel itself is lovely old, we loved location and staff. Climate control, iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room and the comfortable enough bed. Found in a very very nice area. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Rainbow Sushi, located within 5 minutes walk or so:)))

The staff was very friendly. A pleasant 10-minute walk to Melrose Temple.

Overall it was a GREAT stay. You should definitely explore Downtown Johannesburg district, it's worth it. The hotel's setting was near such tourist attractions as Hashtag Escape.

Nothing to dislike.
